Unfortunately this isn’t my first time at this restaurant and normally it’s amazing here, but tonight I got the worst customer service by the bartender.i walked in and sat at the bar a male bartender came over and said how can I help you , I informed him I had two more guests arriving and he said that’s no problem. I ordered my self a drink. After my drink arrived two other guests looking to sit at the bar, the female bartender pointed at my seats and said sit there. The male bartender said he has two others coming, she loudly says we don’t hold seats at the bar especially on a Saturday. Shortly after she walks over to me and says very rudely that we don’t save seats I explained to her they were outside in the car coming in and she says to me why are you getting mad don’t get mad, and I said I am mad because I feel like you are disrespecting me and how you came over here was disrespectful of you said it in a different manner I would of understood and moved our seats but she didn’t was very rude and condescending to me. I asked to close out my tab and leave she said there’s no need for you to be mad or leave but the two guests are still standing behind me asking if they can have the seats. So unfortunately I don’t see my self or my family returning here. And as I said if she came over with a different attitude I would of understood but it was the way she handled it, and beautiful of that the male bartender came over...
Read moreIf you are American, it might be okay. If you are Italian or really know Italian food, don't set foot in this restaurant. The service was very good, very attentive and cordial. The place is very nice too. It has a bar and dining area. The problem is the food. We ordered a pizza to try it and it was more or less ok, within what is an American pizza, not Italian (horrible dough, tomato which is not felt, and mozzarella which did not look like mozzarella). We also ordered pappardelle al ragù and cavatelli. The pappardelle al ragù had a ragù which, to our surprise, was very good. I cavatelli, which had broccoli, pecorino and "salsiccia" did not have any flavor. The real problem is how they made the pasta. 0 "al dente". It fell apart. It looked like they had left the pasta 30 minutes in water...they even snuck a spaghetti in my cavatelli. Leaving aside the taste of the food which can be better or worse, I hope they learn to cook pasta al dente, it's not very difficult, they just have to cook it for the minutes the manufacturer says on...
