Just started going here after kings point closed. $30/month isn't bad for the equipment offered. limited on cardio equipment, but plenty of free weights and machines to utilize. no frills or extras, just sweat and iron. bring your own water. the people that work there and workout there seem nice enough. I'd normally give it 4 stars, because of the lack of much cardio stuff and a locker room... but the people and abundance free weights make up for that.
update: been here for about 5 months now... and the place is awesome. still no frills, still limited cardio equpiment.... but if your goal is to work hard and get fit... they have everything you need. the staff is awesome and the members are all helpful, if not kind. not a very judgemental place at all... ill be here til they close the doors the last time.
16 months later - Gary is awesome. Always helpful. Never 'too busy' to help. My bench went from 305 to 355 in the 16 months...

I mentioned that the pictures look nothing like the gym I saw..got kind of a weird vibe being there. Stuff is a little outdated. I'll post my review on yelp also since they can't delete reviews lol
