I bought my wedding dress at David’s Bridal, and I wanted some changes made to the dress that I knew David’s would not do for me. So following the advice of a close family friend, I reached out to Zina’s and wow, I am just blown away by my experience! They were able to get me in for my first fitting about a week after I originally contacted them, had the first set of alterations done within 3 weeks (a hem and adjustments to the bodice and shoulder straps of my dress, as well as creating a bustle) and then created a custom modest panel for me (since I didn’t like the one my dress came with), which was done just a couple weeks later. The staff is so kind and easy to work with, and my dress is absolutely perfect now! When I went in to see them, I was struggling with how I looked in the dress because it didn’t fit right, but they made it look exactly how I envisioned and now I feel beautiful and confident! I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for any future alterations I may need done to other articles...

I got my wedding dress altered here. I do alterations myself on clothes, but I went here because I didn't want to possibly mess up my dress. However, the hem was $300 which is overpriced in my opinion for the work they did. the cuts on my hem were sloppy and uneven as if they used dulled scissors and when i asked about that, the said this is what it was like from the manufacture. Well that doesn't make since at all if you hemmed it? Then they did a stich in the boob which they took it in too much and they had to redo it when they did that I lost the heart-shaped neckline from the dress which they also stated they didn't do, which it was fine before they messed it up. My wife took her wedding dress to Zina’s with a need of significant alterations, and she did not disappoint in the final product.
