Black Friday Deals — Local services in Takoma Park

I visited this store today excited to check it out with the understanding that it was not like the other BFDeal stores. I did my research watched the Instagram posts read the reviews etc. We went into the store and were greeted by the owners/staff who were very friendly and told how the store works... nothing under 50% off...wrong. All or most is new...wrong. On Instragram all items are inspected...wrong. There are too many of these types of stores across the USA that buy and resell and this was one of the most expensive stores I've come across. Tide Bottles of laundry soap $20 so what after deal at Costco same price not 50% off or more. Costco items same price or more. Book collection with price on it for 49.99 for $30 not 50% off or more. Dresses under signs for $24.99.... $55 to $100 some with tags, some with underarm stains with deodorant markings. Or makeup stains. People nice, store semi organized, prices laughable. Fun to check out but if you know your prices most items you can find online or elsewhere with return policies or warranties at similar prices. Glad I went sad I was disappointed by what I was "sold"by online...

My wife and I came to check out this store and we got a great deal on every item we purchased! I typically do a price comparison on Amazon when I go out to shop in person, and I found an appliance that I'd have paid around $80-100 for if I purchased it through Amazon. You do have to shop around and be smart with what you purchase, but you can absolutely find some awesome deals if you're savvy and know what to look for.

The staff was very friendly, and made me aware of the price of an item when it wasn't clear. We'll certainly return and have already told quite a few people to get out to...

It is relatively organized . But a little pricy. They have a lot of inventory but the prices are high on most items. I think it should be a little less less priced. They said they have more quality items than the normal black Friday stores but it could be less so we feel the difference with other stores like Marshall's .... Other than that service is good . But really really you need to work on the price. Since that is the main reason to come tp black...
