I just relocated from Atlanta, and needed to have three policies transferred to and underwritten in Florida. It was an unnecessarily long process because other people in the chain were not doing their due diligence. I called Alisha’s office and spoke with Empress Anderson.

After expressing my displeasure with the process, I told Empress that I would cancel all of my policies if these issues were not resolved by tomorrow. She was extremely calm, caring and professional; very empathetic and concerned; and quite knowledgeable on different ways things could be done. She assured me she would look into the issue and do appropriate follow up. I thought, I’ve heard this before.

This young lady far exceeded my expectations and had the issue (which had previously taken days) completely resolved within a few hours. She sent email confirmation and personally called me back to make sure I received the documents, and to ask if I had any other questions or concerns. All I kept thinking is, if I ran a business, I sure would like someone like her representing my interest.

Afterwards, I received an unexpected call from Alisha to introduce herself, let me know she reviewed everything, and to see if I needed anything else. It’s quite obvious to me that Ms. Clayton has a well-run office, hires top notch people, trains them well, and holds them accountable to give her customers best in class service. Because of you and your team Alisha, I think I’ll stick with State Farm a little longer. 😂😂😂

I have been very happy with State Farm, and Alisha was so friendly and helpful switching my Texas policy to a Florida policy. The app is super easy to use.

I couldn't give a five star review because I barely stopped her from charging me an entire month's insurance unnecessarily. My Texas policy was effective through the 2nd, and I called on the 30th (3 days of coverage remaining), she was going to charge me for immediate coverage. I asked if it would be prorated for being only 2 days left in the month, but she said State Farm policy is to charge for the entire month. I was disappointed that she knew I was already covered, and didn't suggest starting the policy on the 1st. She did set it up that way when I requested it.

Alisha has been great since the first time she called my phone to follow up with an online quote. She always has a go getter attitude and provides better customer service than I do, and that says a lot! She always has a listening ear or a solution, and if she doesn't, she finds one. I have watched this young lady go from working in someone else's office to prospering enough to open her own.
