I won't refer Clairmont to no one.. I am Living here for the past 9 years. It had been an unpleasant time. It is an over 55 community but should be labeled as an over 75 community. This place is filled with miserable, gossiping and no life people. They have no respect of privacy and they think that the own everything around. Be aware..If you are a truck lover you cannot park your truck on this community. Not only that, your friends that drive trucks, they are not allowed to visit you after 7pm. The gate won't let them in at all. All stupid rules made by the 100 years old people that live here. That is plenty other places where you can...

If you’re in the market for a condo for an elderly parent or relative, please beware of Kingspoint in Tamarac. My aunt and cousin attempted to buy a condo cash and were denied by the board for a reason not listed on the rules and regulations. It was blatant discrimination. The board is no longer hiding that they don’t want a diverse community. It took 47 days to be told they were denied with a very vague reason. Luckily we happen to know some very good lawyers who agree, that my relatives were indeed discriminated against....

We have a gym, a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a cafeteria with vending machines; You have to come and visit for yourself and see how much they have to offer.
