24hr Sliding Door Repair Tampa — Local services in Tampa

I called this company twice and was looking forward to possibly working with them as the reviews are so great however each time I called the person who answered the phone was rude and unpleasant. On the first call I began the conversation with the door is so hard it may need WD40 and before I could finish giving a good explanation on how hard the door was to open the guys responds with “ma’am if that’s what you need you need to go to the store because we can’t send someone out for WD40.” At that point I should have just hung up and continue looking for another company but I didn’t instead I continued to explained my troubles and went on to schedule an appointment for the next day.

The day of my appointment I received a call & text from the technician who informed me that he was on his way to my house, which keep in mind was earlier then the scheduled appointment window they had given me and I wasn’t home. I give them a call today to book an appointment to have the work done on Tuesday as I got them mixed up with another company that came out last night and at that time is when I realize they were a no call or no show. It only became clear to me when the guy rudely says “make sure you’re home on Tuesday because you can’t keeping making appointments and the technician can’t reach you.”

We called to have our sliding door lock fixed in august. We were not there as this is a winter home for us. I had asked if they did both doors and he said yes. When the neighbor checked on the house she noticed they only fixed one side so I called back and someone came over to put on the other piece. I asked that he send a picture so we could see it. I asked does it lock and he assured me that it did. When we came down we noticed that the sliding doors do not lock. This means that our door was unlocked for 4 months. Anyone could of come in to steel. They finally came today and fixed the lock. What should if been a one time visit turned into 3 unnecessary visits and frustration on our end. Very Impressive! Called them at 10 a.m. to replace a sliding glass door that was shattered by my lawn service. Kris made all the arrangement to have someone respond at my convenience and sent a text to see if I was interested in an earlier response. Jorge, the service tech, was early, polite, cleaned up the incredible mess, and replaced the glass to perfection. Other companies warned of a five or more days wait for the glass but this company had the glass on the truck! I was so impressed, I had them replace the rollers on another sliding glass door that's been bugging me for months. Now I see why this company is so highly rated. Thank you Kris and Jorge.
