Tower 10 Burger — Local services in Tampa

Smash burger to the extreme!! As in the tiny cheese slice is thicker than the burnt dry meat. The massive union is 2/3 of the meal. The thin sauce on the bread has more weight than the meat. For the price of expensive Angus beef full burgers I was expecting something between the bread to be ( with everything included ) larger then 1/3 on an inch think. No worries, the onions were most of that. You can literally see the holes and burn only crisp pieces that could if some time been meat. A $2 hamburger at McDonald’s has more substance than this $12 burger…. When asked why…. Direct world’s where “everyone has their own opinions”. You know when you actually cook a burger there is run off in the pan or grill? You might get lucky and that run off is what you get scrapped onto a bun with cheese. Thank god the sauce is good. Only thing they have for them. Maybe advertise its “smallest smash burgers in Tampa” as the guy taking my money was so happy to announce...

It was a terrible experience. We arrived at 5:30, they were there until 6:30. The line was long when we arrived and none of the staff said anything to us about inventory. We were a few people from the front of the line at 6:20 when they announced they were running low and would get to “most of the line”. They didn’t even get that right, served 2 more groups and then informed us they had no more meat and would only be able to serve us grilled cheese. I asked if we got a discount for standing in line for an hour with no warning or notice and he laughed and said no. Horrible experience, people who ordered when we first got in line were barely received their orders when we left. Totally unprofessional and unprepared. I don’t care how good they might have been or their reviews suggest they are. They only serve breweries so drunk people can’t properly taste their food or realize the staff are...

Tower 10 Burger is easily one of the best burgers in the Tampa Bay Area and maybe even the state of Florida. Their take on the infamous I&O burger of the west coast is better than all imitators and easily better than the original. The crispy meat edges on the smash burger is the stuff of dreams with the perfect amount of seasoning that blends so well with the Tower sauce that you look forward to your next bite or your next burger. The Fries are just as addicting as the burger. Similar to the Golden Arches fries but they stay hot longer and taste way better with the right amount of seasoning. Highly recommend pairing with your favorite adult beverage when you see him pop up at your local brewery. You’ll find yourself looking forward to that meal every time after...
