Bargain Barn — Local services in Taneytown

I've been coming here for years...ever since I was a teenager. (I have a teen of my own now) It's cluttered for sure, but I've gotten a lot of insanely good deals here. It's my go to place for movies, games, consoles, etc. It's the best place to go for collectables. I've bought things here that I got a lot of money back on when I was ready to sell. To get back more than you paid is always awesome. The lady that runs this place is very nice, but she's no fool. Most people that have a complaint about her were trying to get a deal or to cheat her in some way, and she simply didn't fall for it. She also allows you to thoroughly inspect everything before you buy it. You can check a mattress for bugs or signs of wear, you can test games and movies, you can plug in electronics, etc. So there's no reason to ever leave here with something that doesn't work or is infested. This place is definitely the trash barn. Everything seems to look in great conditionare while u drive by, however, when you up close and personal to the so called merchandise it has mold and stain spots on and overly priced if you ask me and my wife.plus the other many unsatisfied customers... And the biggest issue is their beds. So their furniture is doomed for bedbugs. Plastic wrap doesn't khugeep bugs out.... It's sad really sheft seem nice but she shares customer or tenant business to everyone and gossips always. Most of the time they have what I need but it's overpriced and damaged so I have rarely purchased it. But every once in awhile you find a treasure at a great price. She also has a lot of cages for animals so I have purchased a few from here. Once got a brand new pair of Adidas for $10. But a lot of the items are priced way too high for a junk store. Sometimes higher than new.
