Dave is a very decent man, but doesn't know computers and is not willing to own his mistakes. I went to him to see if he could fix an error code (.NetFramework), and his only suggestion was to wipe the computer clean to factory condition. I have a feeling that he just goes to the only fix he knows...erase everything! So, he says he'd put my files on a thumb drive but incredibly forgets to save the DOCUMENTS folder! The other folders were useless to me and my photos are all in the cloud, but a year's worth of my work was erased from that folder!!! It was easily more than 1000 files, some of which I paid for. He still charged me $200 (included Norton) and took just $20 off the bill. I was tempted to just walk out. As I told him, if I'm a business man and I screw up an order or a service, it should be free...period. If I was able to quantify all my hours of work and money spent that were all lost, there would have been legal...

I just can't say enough about this place, or the owner Dave, and his lovely wife. Dave makes you feel like your the most important customer he has, and he had many! He shows you a little about what he does at his business while you are there, which ranges from converting sides to DVD's to video surveillance. Went here to see what could be done to fix my screen that went black. Dude took some parts off of my laptop and then said yeah a new screen is needed. 145 dollars onto of 50 service fee. Made me pay 20 dollars just to look at it. Went to Joe's Computer Services instead and they found a cable had come loose and fixed it for 70. No need for a whole new screen.
