Dave is a very decent man, but doesn't know computers and is not willing to own his mistakes. I went to him to see if he could fix an error code (.NetFramework), and his only suggestion was to wipe the computer clean to factory condition. I have a feeling that he just goes to the only fix he knows...erase everything! So, he says he'd put my files on a thumb drive but incredibly forgets to save the DOCUMENTS folder! The other folders were useless to me and my photos are all in the cloud, but a year's worth of my work was erased from that folder!!! It was easily more than 1000 files, some of which I paid for. He still charged me $200 (included Norton) and took just $20 off the bill. I was tempted to just walk out. As I told him, if I'm a business man and I screw up an order or a service, it should be free...period.
