Bad customer services from Manager JP, there is a sign that says whole corn i think it was 8.50 but the corn on the pallets all the bags corns are label as cracked they are trying to trick the customers , i called it false advertising , i was trying to find help and i ask manger manager JP to please help me i needed whole corn . Manager JP told me that some one will help me ,and he walk away, i waited 20 minutes no one show up there was only one person in the store but he was ringing the whole store is a ghost town there is no to be found for help. July 2019: I’m upgrading my review from three stars to four because in the last year the store has made great improvements. Canned dog food is still hit or miss for availability, and the misc hardware and fitting for pipes, hoses, etc. could use more frequent organizing and inventorying, but overall I have much better success at finding what I need when I come here. I’ve shopped here for years because there aren’t many great alternatives, but now my trips are becoming more enjoyable again.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. However, I bought the Precision Roosting Ladder Chicken Coop, 40121D. After putting it all together realized it was not what I expected it to be and definitely not conducive to the New England winter months.
