DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! AWFUL OWNERS AND POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!!
The owners are awful people. Constantly displaying their lack of professionalism by babying customers and staff. The male owner, Marius, is constantly on a power trip. Yelling at customers for touching glass or using the bathroom like they are children. He does the same thing to his staff of well over a year. He treats them as if they do not know what they are doing while most of the staff work without them at night. He also has a weird dynamic with his wife. Constantly fighting with her in front of customers, and treating her more like an employee then an equal and his wife.
He also does not follow proper procedures for subway. Many things are done “their way” instead of the proper way to do them. Never buy any of the pretzels or deli meat from there, as the deli meat is often sliced 3-4 days before hand, and butter is supposed to be changed every 2 hours and gets used for days. Half of the time it’s not even butter, the staff are too lazy to refill it and use olive oil. Same thing with any veggies. The lettuce was usually expired before we put it on the line for customers. it would be slimy and red and we had to serve it or get in trouble. They also would order too much stock and most times 2 boxes of tomatoes would be left the day we were getting more food from the truck.
These people are also severely overworking their staff. There’s someone working over 60 hours a week because they think it’s too expensive to hire other people. They refuse to help pick up the slack and let their employees suffer.
Also, all the other reviews are mentioning coupons. So everyone reading this is aware, the owners are the ones who choose whether you can use them or not. And if you place an online order with a coupon while they are on shift, they will complain and call you a “thief” bc the other sandwich is free. Had a specific instance where he actually said that to a customers face, and then told me to short his food after making it incorrectly. After he left I remade the food, but I have since left the store so you may not be as lucky. I would recommend if you do go in, to wait until 4-5 o’clock
Overall, just don’t eat here. These people don’t deserve your support, and there is another subway 10 minutes down the street. I’m not saying this to be petty and get back at these people, I quit after a year because they...

We had coupons & it was the main reason we chose to have lunch here ; This store located in Taunton MA, same plaza with BJs, medical office, dollar tree. The food is always good, fresh, but with $ tight and gas prices up, all the Subway stores should be honoring the coupons & that alone will make me think twice about coming back. Just off rtes 495 & 138. The coupons are short dated, so not likely to be used elsewhere. Almost like "false advertising " where you think you can use, then you get inside and 1st thing they tell you is "oh we don't accept any coupons at this location ". It does state that you can use them at accepted location, but they dont list them, dont give you a link to look up where you can find out where those locations are - So up to me, the customer to figure out where it can be used? Read moreJust moved to the area and the first time I eat out I was astounded by the owner and his uncalled for attitude to myself and my family. We went to grab drinks and we were yelled at and pointed to close the drink door (we probably had it open 30 seconds) and I was immediately thrown off at what we were doing wrong. When I got to the counter I ordered a sub that listed it came with tomatoes so I ordered it with no tomatoes and he corrected me aggressively to let me know “that happens down there” pointing to the lady next to him. My son then put his Gatorade on the rim on the glass and we were yelled at to not put a bottle there because it’s glass. This was all within 1.5-2 minutes in line. I cannot even believe this guy and how he acts. Your attitude affects others and if you are that damn miserable find a different job not in customer service!
