Rob's Customs Inc — Local services in Tavares

I am not a bass head, but can appreciate the effort that these guys and gals put into their hobby. Anyhow, found Rob via Google of course and decided to take a chance to see what was cracking up in Apopka.

The Install Now, they were not exactly the fastest install, BUT would you want someone missing a connection. So, I had to exercise patience as they crafted there trade. Impressive that they took all of the interior panels out of the car before pulling the first wire. This made for a neat install, hence the patience. The end product was simple, clean and a work of art.

Equipment Rob's team did an awesome job on the install: (1) Alpine X-A70F X-Series 4/3/2 Channel Power Density Amplifier, (4) JL Audio C2-570's and (1) Powerbass Single 12" Amplified Bass Enclosure (RTA-112). Ok, simple, yet clean sound. I kicked it up a notch because the car is a 2014 Mustang Shelby GT500 and the sound system is in constant competition with the report of the 5.8 supercharged engine. Nevertheless, adjust the bass knob and dropped some Bob Marley and yeah...it was on baby!

Recommendation Stop by the shop and talk to Rob. However, before I upgrade to five stars I need to run the system for a month or two as a quality check. Fair enough . . . ok, stay tuned!

I've been doing business with Rob for a couple years now. First it was just some testing on my car, then it was some recones for my ZV4's. Rob answered all of my questions and went a step further and explained things to legit teach me.

Rob really took his time to teach me how to not only compete but win consistently. So when it was time to do a purpose built SPL car I knew just who to go see. Rob was very accommodating, his prices were incredibly fair and the craftsmanship of this enclosure is top notch.

All I can say is "wow"! The sound quality of my install blew away my expectations and I couldn't be more happy with the final product. You can always tell an honest, dedicated, and hardworking individual that's devoted to their craft, and one that takes pride in what they do. Rob is every bit of that and more! It's obvious that he gets satisfaction knowing the customer will be impressed with the end result. I highly recommend Rob's Customs and will continue to use his services going...
