Had very bad exspereants I shop and donated there once a week some times every two weeks.i went in got a buggy and loaded it up I always compare there prices to prices on line and I'm a slow Tyler well a lady came up to me and my wife and very rudely ask me if I had a store I'm like no she said well were going to check then she said I think your buying clothes here and resaleing them very rude I said no I have 6 kids then she wanted to no y I was on my phone all the time it happened so fast I couldn't think. So she walked off so I put everything back and walked back to her told her I wouldn't be back she said ok then I told here who I was and told her some people that worked there new me . We had about 80.00 worth off stuff and usealy spend that much there or little more. When got to my car and started putting it all together what was it any of her buisnes if I took the clothes I purchesed out side and burn them I paid what they were marked I didn't ask for any discount or anything. Been upset for weeks about it I prayed for them and ask to forgive the lady I think they do good thing for people in need and needed the money from clothes sales to buy all the food for people.any one els had trouble like that or can tell me why it matters if I would have bought half the store I just...
   Read moreIn the future I will take my donations to Goodwill! Manna House seems like a good cause and I have been donating there for a white. I also shop there occasionally because I feel the money or donations stay in the community and genuinely help people. Today I had an exceptional amount of donations and dropped a box of shoes, a bag and kids flotation suit in the receptacle and as I returned to my car for the first bag of clothes, a woman came running out and very abruptly informed me I shouldn't put these "loose" items in the receptacle, but to hand them to her in the door she had just opened. I handed her the bag, but thought about her rudeness. I realized that if they were in need of donations, they would appreciate them and not behave negatively to donors. I closed my car door and took everything else to Goodwill, where I was greeted, asked if I needed help unloading, offered a receipt and THANKED for the donations. What a difference!    Read moreThe last time we went there the cashier tried to cheat us out of $10.00 as we were checking out, it was a good thing I was paying attention because my friend was going to hand her 10 more bucks and I said NO 😡 I don't want that stuff, I only need 50 cents!!
