My husband and I came to Corbin on our 52nd Anniversary to pick out our headstone and secure our spot in the family graveyard. If you don't put a headstone down, you can't save your spot and there weren't many left. I know, stop with the romance. Lol. We choose Reece because they had good reviews, were local and had been in business for 76 years. As soon as we walked in and met Chrissie, we knew we made the right decision. She did not pressure us, she understood we wanted something that would fit in with the other stones in the graveyard, and figured out I was a simple and classic person who did not want lots of clutter on the front. She came up with the perfect layout, the Air Force emblem that could be sandblasted above my husband's name for his 28 years of service and talked us into the Black lettering because it showed up better on the gray stone. We actually laughed a lot through the process and had a real peace when we finished. I would recommend her and Reece highly. This is an important decision that will be the last thing we leave to show who we were for all family who come after us . I went there today to purchase a grave stone for my mother. I was taken aback by the customer service we received. The lady who helped us was kind, but she was new and needed lots of help from the other lady that worked there. The lady who was assisting her never even acknowledged us and just yelled comments from her office as she overheard our conversation. She then proceeded to come out of the office and complain about another customer to the lady that was helping us. If we would have had other options, we would have went elsewhere.
