We got married at CRC Ranch this September, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning — surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. One of the best parts was the variety of on-site lodging options for our guests, which made the entire weekend so convenient and enjoyable for everyone. Tracey, Leslie, and Lacey from the CRC staff were amazing in every way. They were helpful, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us. Tracey was absolutely amazing in every way. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, she offered vendor recommendations and shared her honest, thoughtful opinions, which we truly appreciated. Throughout the process, Tracey regularly checked in with me, making sure I felt supported and didn’t have any unanswered questions. I cannot even put into words how amazing CRC ranch was to our family. My father in law passed away suddenly and we quickly were tasked with organizing a celebration of life for him with 2 weeks to spare. Tracy, Bob and their team went so above and beyond anything we could have imagined. My husband & I live out of state so that added another level of difficulty but Tracy communicated with me for everything along the way. She gave us some amazing recommendations on other vendors as well as her professional opinions on how to make the day perfect. Her and her team even helped with a personal issue on the day of which gave my family & I huge relief to enjoy the event.

The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. Our event was held in the barn and it’s just beautiful. Even the dang bathrooms are pristine! Everyone was absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure every moment of our special day was perfect.
