Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Temecula

Customer service is fantastic (that's why the 3 stars). Always friendly and helpful. However, this store does a inadequate job of stocking items they say they carry. On many occasions, I am looking for an item and they are either out of stock or only one left when I need more than one item. Also, don't believe their web site for the store. When it says on the web site, 1 or 2 items left, you go to the store, and they have been out of that item for a while. Very frustrating. It is worth traveling a few extra miles to Home Depot. I have never found Home Depot to be out of stock of an item, especially when they say they have it on their web site. This store needs to step up their inventory processes. I asked a clerk about this issue, and they said, it's just their system. I don't blame the people that work there (like I said, they are fantastic and work with what they have been given or told), it's either their management and/or Tractor Supply policies on restocking and keeping their web...

I just had a LOVELY experience with Kathleen, the night manager or at least at this time. She told me to hold on one minute, didn’t offer to get someone else to help me….15 minutes later I find help. Finally go to make my purchase and the poor, sweet cashier didn’t know how to process my vaccine purchase. Tried to call a manager, endless rings, no answer. My boyfriend was waiting in the car and said he was literally just watching a huddle of managers in the parking lot so I hunt them down and suddenly have 5 employees fixing one problem. It's convenient but when you walk in the feeling of slow comes across you. Like no ody us in a real big hurry especially when your checking out. But this place is the best place for my cat litter great value great price. Though I know help is scarce these days but sometimes when waiting in line it gets to be a little longer than you thought. also maybe the floor peeps are new and don't know much what's in the inventory or the store itself. Also they use to keep there shelves with the most variety of cat food not anymore. But I still give them business for that cat litter.
