DONT DO IT SIS! This place is good for Mani/Pedis ONLY! The Rest is ALL Fluff. I went on my lunch break at 11 am and I walked in the door and said i only have an hour for my lunch. I asked is that enough time to get a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish? (I am not new to nails. An hour is enough time for a full set, gel polish and out the door). I was told YES and was sat down with Tom. He was nice and did very well with the acrylic set however he worked VERY SLOW and I was okay with that as we discussed it would take awhile longer for gel polish and to cure it under UV. So I said okay I'll come back when I get off at 3pm so we can finish. I was ok with that. PLEASE NOTE.. While he was doing the full set. I spotted a CUTE Leopard print nail on display and i said when i come back I would like to get that print one on each hand he said $12 each nail and okay when you come back. I PAID my $40 for the set and gel polish and left to go back to work. I get off and walked in the door at 3:10pm. I was greeted andAwat back down with Tom. I requested a solid White nail with one leopard print nail on each hand. He starts the white polish and I notice it wasnt good. Either the Polish was OLD or he wasn't good at polishing. He then tries to do the leopard which turns out to be a foil nail sheet and had NO CLUE how to do it. After 3 attempts I had to ask him not to experiment on me. If you didnt know how to do it just say that. Its ok I would have respected your honesty. He then tried to wipe off the design colored foil with water which left black and brown residue.. Thinking he knew to drill that off he proceeds to try and paint white polish on top of it??? Like BRUH WHAT?? So I tell him no you are going to have to file that off bc its going to show through under white.. HE STILL POLISHES OVER IT. CLEARLY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO CORRECT. HE THEN SAW THAT IT SHOWED THROUGH THEN DRILLS IT OFF AND GETS AN ATTITUDE. Like I'm a problem? So I just asked to do the White gel polish and a silver glitter instead of the leopard. HORRIBLE OUTCOME. LUMPY POLISH AND BAD SERVICE AT THE END. This was my first visit as I am new to the area because of my job. I WONT BE BACK AND WILL BE...

We would NEVER go here again! My wife stopped in here recently to ask prices & get a business card. We called & made an appt. We went there for the first time to have 2 pedicures, 1 acrylic fill & 1 manicure done. When we walked in at our scheduled time, John asked what we needed. We told him what & that we'd made an appt. He told us to go to the spas for our peds. A woman did mine & a man did my wife's. Neither spoke to us nor gave us their name. The woman was constantly talking & laughing in her native language tho. When it came time to do the massage with the lotion & oil, because he was rubbing it into every place except her heels, my wife asked him if he could do that to her heels as they were super dry. This man acted as tho it were a deep insult to his mother!! After my wife asked him multiple more times, he finally did, but he was VERY unhappy! The woman also did my manicure & still never said a word to me, but kept talking in her native language. That's just rude! Do they not want new customers? We've gone to many different salons (just haven't found a fit yet & are still looking) & have always been greeted & given the name of our Attendant. John did my wife's fill & never greeted her nor gave his name...she saw it on his name tag! He asked if she wanted her nails shorter. She answered him, but he cut the first one shorter than she wanted, so she stressed for him not to make the others any shorter, which of course he did by filing them like crazy! She also stressed she wanted them narrow--which is what they were when he started--but she ended up with short, fat nails!!! He was very rude & was basically yelling in his native language to the others there apparently because my wife wasn't happy. Then 2 of them stared at my wife while John said something, & they all laughed. Unbelieveable! Talk about zero Customer Service!!! Do they not get that it is our hands & feet...& OUR money??? It needs to be what WE want done!! Geez! The owner, Anna, was there, sat right next to John & never said a word to either of us. Apparently they have more business than they can handle...hard to believe after seeing the results...

Very very poor experience. My mother and I walked in to get me eyebrows done so she took us in the back room to so. I have thick eyebrows and I like to keep them thick so I proceeded to tell her to keep them thick and only a clean up. She said okay but I guess she didn't actually have a clue of what "clean up" I meant. I only simply wanted the stray hairs gone and the middle part taken care of. So a while passes by and while she's doing my eye brows and I start to worry because she's getting closer together then my normal Waxer does and I'm panicking, but I cool down and try to reassure myself she's a professional. She asks me if I want my lip done as well and I've never Had it done before and I say yes. she finishes up and gives me the mirror. I kid you not. The end of my left eye only has a few hairs left and is so thin! I just can't believe it. I'm so upset that I specifically told her not to clean up. NOT SHAPE. I'm in tears rn because I have school tomorrow and work in a hour and I'm embarrassed by how TERRIBLE my brows are. Back to my lips now. After we started driving home my lips started to tense up and hurt really badly. I quickly look in the mirror and my lips are completely swollen and there are little bumps all along the top of my lip and they are turning white. WORDT EXPERIENCE EVER. I don't trust many with my brows and if you don't either I suggest NEVER GOING...
