We recently bought a new build house that In-House had done the pre-wiring for the surround sound audio systems as well as the whole house security system for the builder. After researching and comparing a half dozen local and national companies, we chose In-House to do our system. We had them come back and complete the installation for the security system and set everything up. This included integrating both garage door openers, both thermostats, multiple outside cameras, and all the new electronic door locks. A couple of days later Dillon came back and worked out any of the initial bugs and squared everything up. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the whole system and gave us a great follow up/refresher class. He took his time explaining everything and answered all my “dumb questions” without hesitation and did so without the condescending manner that we see so common in today’s world. Since then they have called a couple of times to follow up and answer any further questions we may have. Outstanding customer support so far! Next we are having them do the livingroom and TV room surround sound systems as well as the outdoor speakers on the back patio. Outstanding service from an outstanding company. I priced a half dozen other companies before going with In-House as the benefits they offered were much better and the price was much lower compared to some of the folks that go door-to-door or work for...
Read moreIf I could give this company zero Stars I would. First of all, I was way over charged for the work that was done. The guy was only at my house for 10 minutes, yet I was charged for an hour of work, because apparently this company has a policy to charge for an hour of work even if they are not there for an hour. So basically, their policy is to rip off customers. When I confronted the secretary about this, she ignored me. I even said how do y'all not feel guilty and she still ignored me. I also found out that my monthly alarm Bill, a percentage of it is used for gas on the vans. That is not my problem. Y'all should pay for your own gas on the Vans. I was told that the charges occurred are also used for gas on the vans. When I confronted the technician about how I was overcharged, all he said was I don't deal with the charges. If you want to company that treats customers like dirt oh, this is the place. Also look at the response from the owner, he or she completely ignored the fact that I said the secretary was rude and ignored me. And they are still trying to lie and scam people. I have had lots of maintenance man come out to my house and charge for only the work they did and a small fee, but it was very affordable. I love how the owner simply just gave an excuse and ignored everything I...
Read moreWe bought a home in Temple and were going to be out of state for several months before moving in. I was concerned that the new appliances and other items would be subject to theft in our absence. I called a company I used in Oregon and was as displeased with their proposal as I am with their current level of service. A police officer gave me the name InHouse. I called and met Derek. Derek set about designing a system that protects my investment and family. I could not be any happier. I can remotely monitor and control the security environment of my home. I have even opened the garage to allow the secure delivery of materials securing it after the delivery. If you are looking for security and comfort, call InHouse and ask for Derek. If all you're looking for is getting a discount on your insurance, then call a company with only Initials for a nome. If, however, you are seeking safety and value for your money, go with InHouse. It's as easy as ABC, and you get real...
