Mad did a great job, keeped me informed when they would be arriving. Only issue I have is when , I asked about payment they said they take credit cards. i used my debit/credit card ,but they never informed me of a 5% charge for using it ,Had I know I would have given cash and save myself a 30 dollars additional charge. My motorcycle was transported from Brooklyn Triumph, to Pennsylvania pa. Maybe, it's only out of state they apply this fee ,anyone else get charged a 5% fee ? Total to transported Motorcycle from Brooklyn NY to Pennsylvania pa was 575.00 plus 30.00 add for using credit card . Let me know if this happened to anyone else I didn't see anything on their website, or did they mention it when I talked and asked over the phone. Other then that I would recommend them if you are in need of this kind of service , just be aware of this 5% extra fee that...

If you have a bike in NYC, there is nobody else you should even think about calling if you need a tow.

I laughed when I saw a tow service being reviewed so favorably, totally sure that it was everyone in the family leaving a review. But I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received. I only wish I called here first.

DO NOT go through your insurance’s roadside assistance; just call MAD Transpo and get reimbursed.
