DO NOT use this florist. If I could give -100, I would! This place is a big SCAM. My flowers were never delivered for my nephew’s memorial service on June 29, 2025. They said they would be delivered on June 28, 2025 with picture and confirmation. They sent confirmation of delivery, but the flowers were not delivered. There was no picture taken. The confirmation said they were delivered to the address. The flowers were never delivered.
I was not at the memorial service, but my brother said the flowers were not there. I was DEVASTATED.
I talked about 20 people at Ruth’s Roses, and they all said the same thing - “we’re doing an investigation to find out what happened.” “We have to have the Higher Department investigate and will get back to you in 48 hours.” This was the same storyline over and over again.
I spoke with Toby on June 29, 2025 and he said I would get an “update” by June 30th. He was very nice and helpful, but I’ve was obviously under strict orders to use the same party line.
Toby said they had a “brick and mortar” operation in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I couldn’t find any information.
If I don’t get my refund by July 1. 2025, I will contacting the Houston Police, Immigration Services and ICE to conduct real investigations.

I called to confirm my appointment for my upcoming wedding, because it has been over 3 weeks since making the appointment, and I was coming in from out of town (over 2 hours away). I talked with someone who answered the phone and she was pleasant. She went to get the owner, Jennifer. She stated she was the owner and was needing cancel my appointment because they lost a designer that same day. (Note: it was 12:30pm, my appointment was scheduled for 3pm and I called them to check if we were still on, they NEVER reached out to me.) I told her how long this appointment has been scheduled and that I was driving in from over 2 hours away and that I was already over halfway there. She got an attitude with me and said "there are plenty of other florist in this town that you are more than welcome to use, or we can reschedule this appointment” I understand she “TRIED” to reschedule. They were short staffed, it happens and I totally understand that!, but she had no respect for my time (taking off work for the original appointment and then having to take off work AGAIN for the rescheduled appointment) and the ATTITUDE she had was out of line for her to be talking...

I went to the website on Monday (Memorial Day) and placed an order to be delivered to a local funeral home on Tuesday May 29th. I was allowed to select the day from the calendar the shop provides and the order went through. I received an email at 3:11 P.M. on the 29th stating the order had been canceled due to the shop being closed. If the shop was closed that day it should not have allowed for the day to be picked on the calendar.
