Do NOT come here. I felt completely unwelcomed .My intentions were to sell a $600 guitar and the owner of the place proceeded to look up the wrong model of guitar and tell me it was $100. After attempting to explain to the owner that he was looking up the wrong series of the guitar, he proceeded to show me the screen and tell me that the Pacifica guitars are the same. Yes, the same brand of guitar however not the same series of guitar. Different series of guitar = different price. After this exchange, I decided to look up the exact make and model of my guitar on the manufacturer website the guitar lists for $661 retail price. I never expected to get the full amount for the guitar however I was expecting something reasonable. Not to mention, I was rudely spoken to by a cashier who proceeded to say “ the owner already looked it up, whatever the owner says that’s what it is.” All while trying to clear up the misconception. I officially gave up and just decided to leave and not even proceed with the idea of showing them that he was looking at the wrong item online. Worst pawn shop...

I am aware many of us don’t like or even go to a pawn shop…I certainly never thought life would take me to that point. However…I did because I have items that mean more to me than money. When divorces and death of a loved one impact your life it’s scary when you are trying to figure out how to make ends meet. I want to thank Bill and his team for ALL the help they have given me. I absolutely just had a situation that had it not been for Bill and even my buddy Reggie…I don’t know what I would have done. I’m not grateful for my poor management of money…BUT WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL for the trust and kindness they have shown to me in a very difficult time in my life that is allowing me to keep some of my most precious items....

Went to cash a check. I tried to cash it by phone before I went in, online bank didn't accept it. Tri state wouldn't accept it cause I checked the box for "mobile deposit". Proceeded to tell me nobody in town will cash it, very rudely. Treated me like I was in the wrong for trying to cash a check. I went to the liquor store down the street and cashed it no problem. Tri state pawn has horrible customer service. I did what the writing on the back of the check said to do and the dude at the front desk treated me like I was stupid for knowing how to read. I was gonna spend my money with them too. Now I'll take my business elsewhere. Learn how to treat people if you're going to...
