Be prepared to spend a lot. We bought 2 tv mounts through them (learned our lesson- go buy yours ahead of time, they charge 4x as much!) and had 3 tvs mounted, it was $1000 (took about 3 hours of labor cost). interestingly, it took them an hour to mount each tv the first time but then when they came back to mount one that was done wrong and were not being reimbursed by us, they were able to mount it in 22 mins. 2 of the tvs they asked “is this where you’re wanting it” and the 3rd they did not and it was completely off centered and oddly placed. they did come back to fix for free after a discussion with the owner about his “satisfaction guaranteed” policy.

the workers were super kind and friendly and did a great job. 5 stars for them. would hire them again if it weren’t through this company. But the owner called us when we had an issue and he was very condescending saying “listen sweetie i’ve been doing this for 30 years..” blah blah blah and super rude giving me a lecture like I was a highschool kid. talking over me, wouldn’t let me speak, etc. very unprofessional and disrespectful and will never give him our business again. we regret using them in the...

I have been through a lot of sound systems in the past on my RZR HL. I found some of the builds on Sound Towne Facebook page and I was very impressed from what i saw. However ,i was still skeptical as I have been burned many times, this was defiantly not the case with Micheal Stewart of Sound Towne. Micheal answered all my calls promptly and assured me i would be very happy with his top and sub box. So i drove 6 hrs from Houston to Texarkana to have his team install my system. They installed my sound system very quickly and also took the time to show me everything involved with the install to tuning the sound to my liking.Let me tell you this sound system screams, bumps hard and most of all is very clear! OMG I absolutely love that place! They have all the cool stuff for Cars, Boats, and your house. Lights, Audio, automated shades, home theater, pro audio, networking, wifi, Directv, Dishnetwork, Satellite Internet, and much more. They walk in your house and can instantly tell you what your missing out on, what should be upgraded and can fix any problem you may have..they have the solution. They have the most trained Techs in the area who are actually certified and not just working out of their house with no insurance.. Oh yeah they do commercial jobs too. They install hotels with Directv, Dishnetwork and wifi. Man those guys are Rockstars! I know because I work there. And make sure gates open next time or answer the phone......
