Never going back to this location again.
If you happen to order ahead, be aware that there's no cooler to keep your cold items cold. If you arrive precisely on time or just 5 minutes late, the four shakes you've just ordered are likely to be complete liquid. You might not notice this until you drive a few blocks to get back to your home.
If you happen to call the store and let them know this happened, you might be surprised to find that no one, although they're polite about it, offers to correct this for you. There's no attempt to make it right. So then you might feel compelled to call corporate...because, this was good money that you spent so that your family would have a nice little treat this afternoon. And instead you're at home trying to refreeze it and make it edible.
Once you are able to speak to corporate you might find the person isn't fully listening but after a few attempts they do get most of the information correct... At which point they offer to send you a gift card for half of your purchase and some extra coupons. Half? Why half, you say? To which they say, we've now refunded your card the full amount and you will see that back in your account in 7 to 10 business days.

Read moreI ordered on the online app, was trying to get fast service due to child being on the hospital.. Well the app said my food was ready.. I got to the stall and waited over 5 minutes. I requested extra mayo on my burger, they gave me easy mayo... Both burgers were barely warm and the fries were cold and overcooked. My son Powerade was watery and my shake was dripping everywhere.. I pressed the button to inform that the fries were cold and also, I did request packs of pepper and mayo, due to they have a habit of giving you light mayo when you ask for extra.. I waited an additional 10 minutes before going g to the door... Then 5 minutes later a manager comes to my car and says what were you waiting on again... when I finally received my fries the burgers were now COLD... Bad Service and there were also about 3 other customers who had sent there food back as well. Update As of today 07/29/2024, I have received as response from the Sonic with apologies and they have even made it up to me by offering me a gift card. I would like to say thank you for your fast response, it feels good to know...
Read moreI USED to drive all the way across town just to get a cherry flavored Sprite Zero from this location. Unfortunately they no longer put much flavor even when you pay for extra cherry syrup AND leave a tip. Even told the guy the drink was not red enough for extra cherry flavor. To which he replied “I put an extra pump in myself.” I told him “if you are changing your product then I won’t be back.” When I started to drive off only then did he come out with extra syrup. I went back a few times just to see if that particular guy wasn’t making them right that one time and what do you know, they still serving light pink drinks even when you order double cherry. I CAN’T BELIEVE PEOPLE EXPECT A TIP BEFORE FOOD AND SERVICE IS GIVEN AND YOU DON’T EVEN BOTHER WITH DELIVERING A CONSISTENT PRODUCT. What a rip off. Even contacted Corporate online and the only response I got was they would get back to me after a review. Never heard anything. Tried posting pics here but it...
