I was gifted with a great Dell laptop, which worked when it left NJ but upon arrival in Fl. big problem. I called Dell and was on the phone being transferred, disconnected, etc. for over 3 hours, only for Dell to advise they/Dell could not help. I went to Jesse's in Bailey Plaza, and whalla within 45 minutes they had resolved and fixed it, and price was fair. Then a week after encountered a separate problem which appeared to be my router, again, Jesse's to the rescue, they were here and with a router replacement in the event that my diagnosis was correct, which it was., all I can say, is that they are not only competent,but fair in their pricing, so as long as they are in business...

The gentleman (Troy?) took the back off, looked at the board and the battery. My laptop did come back up but the screen was flickering. He told to follow up with Dell since I'm under warranty.
