This is a super long overdue review, almost 2 years late! Andy’s Dry Cleaners and Alterations is by far the world’s best! I’ve moved over to Barcelona and I still remember about this place when I wear the clothes they’ve cleaned or altered. Before moving away I had loads of vintage clothing cleaned and altered by them. I couldn’t find any cleaners around Woodlands area that I could trust due to their poor Google reviews. When I found Andy’s with their perfect 5 star reviews, I was sold especially when I came and saw their facility! Their prices are also very reasonable for the top value they provide!

I am a vintage clothing collector and with this type of aged clothing there’s a lot of up keeping to extend the life of these unique pieces. I’m also very active and want to be comfortable when I wear these clothing so there’s oil stains, food stains, sweat stains, holes, and ripped seams I’ve accumulated over the years. Andy’s took care of all of it! I had delicate silk dresses and blouses that they made like new after they cleaned and altered it! I couldn’t believe how everything turned out. I even had them switch out completely ripped up inner silk liner on vintage leather pants, which was a super challenging project but the professional tailors did it with no issues! They even went the extra mile and made sure to match the color fabric to the original color. I was blown away how nice it fit and felt!

Their dry cleaning is also phenomenal, they brought back the vibrancy in the colors of all of my clothing- even the once-white-now-egg shell-color suit jacket! This is truly top of the class professional cleaner’s and alteration with a family touch. Before the move when I came to pick up some of my clothing, I asked one of the owners about what I should do with the clothing I needed to put into storage for a few years. He was so kind to take out the time and give his expert advice! Most businesses these days couldn’t care less about talking to their customers once you’ve paid them. At Andy’s, they make you feel like they are your friends and will help you out whenever they can with keeping your clothes like new! I wished there were more cleaners like Andy’s around the world! Congratulations Andy’s cleaners, you guys are truly exceptional at what you do! Keep up the great job! I’m yearning for a cleaner’s and altering business like yours...

Tried to drop off my jeans so I could pick them up the next day. Was at first working with a woman who came to the drive through, then she went to deal with a customer who came in behind me and told another man to help me. I told the man I wanted to drop my jeans off. He asked me if I had a credit card on file. I said no I didn't - because I don't know what kind of security this business has to keep credit card numbers safe and secure. He proceeded to tell me in a very rude manner that I either had to leave a credit card on file or pay cash up front because they did not do "COD" service. He was completely rude when he said it too for no reason - because I was definitely not being rude to him. He also proceeded to say that if I was paying cash up front I'd have to wait 10 minutes for him to take and process my clothes. I have never heard of having to wait 10 minutes for anything at a dry cleaner. A good dry cleaner would give paying customers prompt service whether they paid cash or with a credit card up front or left a credit card on file. This is not a good, customer-service oriented dry cleaner - they're Totally Rude!

To Paul - "CEO" of Andy's Cleaner's - It didn't take me long to leave the review and I wasn't in a hurry to leave - you acted like you wanted me to leave by being impatient, rude and taking it personal that I didn't have a credit card on file. You could have been much more friendly and gracious and just said I'm sorry ma'am we only take payment up front or charge the card we have for you on file. And I don't know why people who drove in behind me would have taken priority over me who came in before them??? "A Quality Establishment"

So I absolutely love wearing suits, I have had 3 sitting in my closet and all of them are great, the only problem with them is that they haven't been properly fitted.

I recently looked into various places for alterations and as such it can be quite spotty due to the difficulty in sourcing a capable contractor for clothing alterations. I found Andy's and it was hands down the best thing to happen to my suits.

I decided to take my lowest tier suit in to test their quality and you could only imagine my shock and awe when they had completely transformed my cheapest suit and brought new life to it. They were able to do the same for some shirts I have that had too much excess and I honestly couldn't be happier. I have also brought in a pair of jeans and their immaculate attention to detail carries over across different clothing spectrums. Whether is formal or casual wear they perform outstandingly.

The staff is warm, friendly and their prices are fair and affordable, what I truly enjoy most about Andy's is that they are demonstrably committed to customer satisfaction and they delight themselves in witnessing their customers pleased with their work.
