I was not impressed with the place. My party and I thought the Owner was a little rude and abrupt. Our whole party wasn't even able to be next to each other due to the projects that were chosen. We felt rushed and I wish I would have had a better warning that we would need the whole time to do the project. This was our first time visiting, and while we were trying to enjoy ourselves, the owner kept rushing us and repeatedly warning us about the time, even though we were the only people there and the place was not crowded at all. It made us feel like we needed to finish as soon as possible rather than relax and enjoy the moment.
While I appreciate businesses maintaining order, I believe customer experience is just as important. A bit more warmth and hospitality would have made the celebration...
