Overall I was very satisfied with the customer service. The manager was very helpful and allowed me the time I needed to make my selection. For me the difference between four stars and five stars was during the checkout process. All of the add on charges are ridiculous especially the delivery charge REALLY I live 2 miles from the store and was charged over $100, and over $300 for âinsuranceâ (although was told I get that back in store credit if I donât use it) I had received a $50 coupon via text from slumberland and clerk needed to âcheat the priceâ in order to use it and my $50 gift certificate that was another process. Called to check no it was so popular that wonât be in until after the New Year. Called and told them we were going to be gone, they said weâll call us when you get back and we will order it for you. I told them no it needs to be ordered and here now. Well we can have the chair here the third and the couch the following Friday. Went in to pick up the chair and it wasnât in the store. The sales man was very helpful when I needed him and also just let me do my thing while I was deciding what works best for my home. I saw sets with out chairs and he helped me move furniture around to make my own groupings to see if it all flowed together as a set. In the end I picked out a very nice chair and couch combo and ordered a ottoman.
