I used to frequent this Business,however years ago I had a very unpleasant experience which stopped me from patronizing here . I damn near boycotted the place!!. Imagine my surprise when I came today and was met by one of the most patient, professional ,empathetic ,kind ,polite and respectful employees now working here. The employee who I just described name is Robert, thankfully it doesn't stop with just Robert I also met a very kind respectful professional young man named Darius who I was told was one of the managers here. I also met a woman who is very polite , and has a beautiful smile to top off my experience. I did stay away for some years however with this new group of employees working here I feel like I can now start patronizing this business once again!! He tested out the controller in front of me âwell at least pretended toâ little did I know when I got home the controller was disgustingly dirty on the outside and even on the inside. When I went to play the game I couldnât because the controller had terrible stick shift, an unresponsive left stick, and the âAâ button was mostly unresponsive and at times the entire left side of the controller was unresponsive to commands. When I went into button mapping or whatever itâs called in the settings to test the controller properly which âhe didnât do by the way he just turned the game on and went left and rightâ but yeah when I tested the controller in the setting the buttons didnât work and neither did the left stick.    Read moreLackluster, horrible, and incredibly slow customer service. Even with three employees at the front counter the line barely moves an inch over ten minutes, even without many people there. Not to mention these guys are the kings of low-balling. They also take an incredibly long time to answer the phone, if they answer at all (I've tried calling five times now until I got the disconnect sound, no one has answered once) even on a slow day at a slow time like today, a Thursday, at 11 AM. I went in with a $350 sewing machine and not only would they not take it at first because I didn't have any thread with me to demonstrate that it functioned, despite it clearly working otherwise, they offered me a measly $10.
