If you can avoid it do not buy from this location the owner for some reason don't care what or how his manager Raul or should I say his employee who acts as a manager the owner does not pay attention to how Raul conducts business very very poor customer service first of all I ordered a family size sausage and cheese pizza lightly cooked because during my last order that I fail to complain about was overcooked so this time I made sure I asked for likely cooked anyway normally they cut the pizza in squares this one was cut and triangles therefore I know they gave me a piece of that was made for slices for sale also the sausage meat was full of Bones who wants to eat their pizza and every time they take a bite into a sausage it's full of Bones and Gristle and may I mentioned the pizza was not likely cooked what really top things off was the fact that I ordered a order of garlic bread the bread was Heavenly soggy because it was fully loaded with minced garlic from water spread on top like it was not cooked when is release supposed to be some type of garlic spread according to their other locations I called customer service or should I say they call service that you put your order through and they contacted them twice and I never received a phone call back the acting manager said that they never sent him a message which is not true because I called the call center back and they said once again that they sent him a message twice concerning the order I went back to the store and of course the acting manager Raul and the night manager was present and not aware of the situation it's almost as if someone tried to push off a problem on to the next employee / manager really this location does not have a manager just employees acting as managers I wasted gas going to the location to just deal with a problem I am a big cheese member who has been known to rack up the points from other locations and I will continue to go somewhere else because the Harvey location is very not consistent and you never know what you're going to get one time I ordered a lasagna got home and it was mostaccioli you think they would have mentioned to me that it was substituted I am very sorry that I gave them another chance just to be disappointed once again the problem is people don't complain in the area and then maybe things would be heard it is very interesting the manager of the call center made it a point to say that they never answered their phone they will never return your call but there are independent location not part of the franchise and there you go because they're independent you get very poor service and they're making Beggars look very bad I should have paid attention to the fact that they only had three Stars there was no respect for my time being wasted no compensation and now I'm just waiting to see if my refund will come back to me as well as my rewards once again I would think twice before buying or do...
Read moreThis beggars pizza is very inconsistent! One it's off the normal way they do pizza and the next visit they are right on. Then the very next visit they are off again. It very frustrating.
The food was better this time but the last time I ordered from here, it was not. The pizza they gave me was not what I know there pizza to be. The pizza had like 2 inches of crust around the edges of the pizza. The crust was one thing but then it looked like they just dumped the everything in the middle of the pizza. Maybe they were running out of ingredients or something, idk. I will attach a picture of the pizza I received vs the pic of what the pizza is supposed to look like. I called them about it to complain and see if they had changed the way they make their pizza, which they had not. So it was confirmed for me that the pizza was not the way it was supposed to be made. So I called to complain and the lady I talked to said she was going to have management reach out to me. Management never called me! So for a while I left them alone. Decided to give them another try and I mentioned to them what had happened with my last order and that a manager was supposed to call me but I never heard back. I do have to give them some credit, they did try and fix the situation with $3.00 off but I did have to throw it out there that I should get my new order at a discount. Read moreWe were in town over night stranded due to complications from our trip that ended us in the area overnight. With no vehicle and multiple Uber trips. We were exhausted and hungry and the front desk clerk of our hotel recommended this pizza place. We did DoorDash our order and have made a complaint with them but we still had issues in general with Beggars Pizza. We ordered 4 deep dish pizzas, breaded mushrooms and garlic bread. Once our order arrived we only got 2 of the pizzas. Our order came to almost $130 total and as you can imagine we were very disappointed. Door dash said they would replace our whole order even though we received 2 of the pizzas. A hour later it was delivered we only got the breaded mushrooms and garlic bread we didn’t even receive the two pizzas we never got with the original delivery. The DoorDash driver said he questioned the store when it showed he was picking up 4 pizzas and the two sides, and the response he got was no just the sides they sent two pizzas already and wasn’t replacing it. What about the other two we never received?? We didn’t need nor wanted the two we actually received but we did want the two we never got along with the side dishes we never got. After calling DoorDash again and beggars pizza we ended the night with no refund and still never received our total order that we paid...
