I highly recommend avoiding this company due to their poorly made furniture and terrible customer service. My experience with Jennifer ( customer service representative) was disappointing, and the manager ( Nicole) was unavailable because she was "working" remotely, leaving me without any support. She didn't even offer to call me back once she returned to the office. I found the quality of their products to be lacking—I'd trust IKEA furniture more. Please take the time to read reviews on Wayfair and other third-party sites before making a purchase. There are plenty of other companies with better reputations. I've certainly learned my lesson!
