I’m back again with another amazing review for the the quarry ballroom. You can only review it once but when it’s this good, you have to keep coming back. They’re habanero burger is the size of my hand. It feeds a man. It has a blueberry fruit drizzle with habanero sauce. The fries are amazing and it keeps me coming back every single time.Check out the video.

I’ve been to Rosebud’s. I’ve been to all the best burger places these guys are doing it the best that’s why they have a 4.9 star review and it’s only gonna be better.

Couldn’t leave music just started up randomly with a guy from New York playing the piano.

August 28th 2025: just came back for a new mixed berry burger. They called it, the habanero burger, using fresh berries, onions, and some spices. They have developed the most delicious sensitive spicy sauce, making the most sensational burger with a beautiful brioche bun. I ordered one and then I ordered one to go a must try before the season is over.

March 7th, 2024: Ok so I had to go back to the Quarry for some music. Wow. The Pizza thin crust is like a deep dish with the sausage and cheese. A week later it heats in the air fryer just as good as when it was first made. Can you believe that. I'm going back for more of this pizza because it's real. Crust is handmade.. Excellent

Amazing music. Best local bar with live music and food is in Louisiana style. Chef has 20 years experience and delivers time and again on multiple levels.

The bricked exterior of this 1920s building barely hints at the fantastic establishment inside. Pale blue tile covers the walls, lined to the ceiling in local and famous artists, film posters and memorabilia speckled in between. A stage is set with a full drum kit where open mic and weekend shows are hosted. An adjoining room holds games and more private seating. A covered patio sits open at the back end. A stunning secret hides down in the basement... The aura of this establishment is absolutely wonderful; between the staff, the owners, and the regulars seated around me I felt right at home. The beer and spirit selections leave little to be desired making this the perfect spot for a quick beer or a proper cocktail. I grabbed a quick bite and perused the menu seeing the quintessential bar eats as well as a handful of daily specials. The menu seemed tight and intentional, which I greatly appreciate. I will always choose to eat somewhere with a smaller menu as you know the ingredients are being used, rotated, and therefore always fresh! As for the secret in the basement (shh!) an obvious passion project, unlike anything I've seen locally, a carefully crafted and beautifully furnished speakeasy with a bar setup for private events. We’re from Indiana and took a trip up to the Chicago area to see our newest grand baby. On the way out of town we wanted a good Italian Beef. Tried to got to Jimboo’s, but got shot down by their weird hours of operation. Did a quick google search that said The Quarry was just down the street so we went there instead. We honestly didn’t know what to expect. The Quarry is an absolute gem and I wish it was in my neighborhood. The restaurant is spotless. The service is attentive and friendly, and the food is delicious. It’s a small place inside with a mall outdoor seating area that has live music. But we were there at noon so we were too early for that. My wife and I both had Italian beef sandwiches and my step son got a burger. The burger and beef’s were phenomenal. I’d really have to nitpick to find a single thing to complain about. I do wish they had fresh iced tea instead of the fountain stuff. But perhaps they don’t sell enough to make that worthwhile?
