G&T Trackside — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Absolutely blown away by my experience at G&T Trackside! The cheese curds were out of this world - easily the best I’ve ever had. Both the marinara and raspberry chipotle sauces were fantastic pairings, adding a perfect balance of savory and sweet. The owners were incredibly friendly and fun, making for a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while.

Beyond the classic bar fare, I was surprised to find authentic Korean food without having to drive 45+ minutes out of town. The bibimbap was excellent, featuring fresh produce and an immaculately fried egg, and the pajeon (scallion pancakes) were perfectly crispy and flavorful. Looking forward to coming back to try the renowned Korean tacos, gochujang wings, and onion rings!

Drink-wise, the mixed drinks were great, and I appreciated the variety of Lenten options for those who observe. The karaoke night was a blast, and I’m excited to return for Tringo, live music, and some darts & TouchTunes with friends. The venue itself is clean and elegant, with a well-designed stage and loading area for performers, plenty of easy parking, and spotless restrooms.

Also, loved the festive St. Patrick’s Day decorations! This place truly has something for everyone. Can’t wait for...

Not your usual watering hole, this place is an actual destination. The drinks are of course super great, but what's really special about this place is that it's an actual culinary experience that of which is not found as often in this area!

The people who created and cook the menu have a real passion for the food. It's top notch, and when taking into consideration the quality of the food, the price is actually very reasonable!

I actually live a considerable distance away but have been back here several times, and I'm always telling my friends about this place.

The Korean wings were amazing as well as the Korean chicken kabobs. I had a burger my husband had the chicken sandwich my sister had tomato bread they all were delicious. My sister ordered a beef sandwich to go for the next day she said it was delicious. The drinks were as good too.The two owners were the nicest people. The whole place is awesome.i can’t wait till they have bands up there.We are so happy that they chose to open a restaurant in Thornton. G & T Trackside is a must, either to watch a game play bingo listen to a band or have a bite you won’t be disappointed.We will be regular diners we can’t wait to try the other food. Please check...
