We purchased a dining room set for our new home and needed to use the leaf for the first time. We needed some help with it and Jim actually came to our home to assist us! He was very patient and professional. When it was discovered that there was a manufacturing defect in the leaf we were promptly offered a store credit, encouraged to come to the store to choose another, and it was delivered that same day by two courteous young men! I was able to welcome my company and complete an art lesson on that table in a timely...

Only because I can't give 0. Ordered a sectional and ottoman. Paid for it....and had to beg the store, manufacturer, and delivery to get it. It took a year. Delivery day, wrong color...I am not making this up and have receipts.... rush order a new one in right color (I am willing to give another chance), ..delivery day....right color couch...still wrong ottoman (same mistake) ....in nice language said tough luck, you didn't pay enough. ..I am mad every day I walk into my family room and absolutely hate this business!...

If i could leave less than one star I would. I contacted the store to inquire about pricing on a loveseat with all the bells and whistles. The salesperson answered took the information I had gotten offline and was told to hold for a bit. After I waited for several minutes the person on the phone abruptly informed me that " I can not give you pricing over the phone!" Then I was hung up on. I would never recommend this business to friends or family. Rude and poor customer service....
