Scheduled a repair through Whirlpool, fill up electric. Never showed up called and said they just received the ticket. I told them it was fine and we rescheduled the day. Once again they called and said they wasn't able to keep that appointment And we rescheduled at this point it's the third time. A little bit of background. I have a dog that is for security and to protect the property. Isecurity kennel for tgese appointments each time and pay for it. On the third appointment they called hours before the scheduled time and said that they was available to do the repair then. He was already in my driveway so I told him to forget because I still had my dog inside the house. Over the spandex of this time it was 3 months maybe longer. We no longer needed them as we fixed it ourselves. A few weeks later I received a bill for missing the last appointment as if they hadn't done this twice to me! When I called they were very rude as I asked them to wave the charges and give the same leeway I gave them. I had to argue with several people to get it waved and both of them came off with the vibe as if that wasn't what had happened when they should have had each appointment in their notes and why they didn't service that day. I had no reason to say anything but the truth and the guy kept telling me obviously I couldn't read because the note they sent said something different about the balance when he realized that he never sent the updated paperwork that paper he was referring to he never apologized for speaking to me that way. So rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. God forbid you have any problems with billing because they'll 100% start acting differently the second you dispute anything. All kindness goes right out the window. In the end I will say at least I didn't have to pay and I never have to deal with their unprofessional...

Finally I got a hold of them again and they said they would check and see what was previously repaired and call to schedule. When I received no call back for the 4th month I called and asked if they were going to do the repair or not. The lady said " just call someone else, we are swamped.
