I would not advise anyone to do business with this establishment. Someone I know, was sold by them a brand new iPhone 8 with verzion. However, it won’t turn on within a month. Now this doesn’t mean that it’s the establishment’s fault. It’s a software issue I get it. However, An actual Verizon store said the right thing they should do is to give her a new phone free of charge since they sold a broken one. They didn’t know they were selling a broken one, however it happens. However, this establishment made her pay for them to ship a new phone, and this phone isn’t actually new. It’s refurbished. I just don’t understand how you can sell someone a new phone that doesn’t work at retail, and then when they ask for another you tell them they have to pay for shipping on their mistake and won’t even give you a new one like you paid for. There's a representative named Chris who ruined my entire plan and transfered our information to Verizon without even seeing that our phones were locked to T-Mobile.
