Burger King — Restaurant in Tifton

This BK is the one on Tift Ave. It's a disgrace to BK. I worked at BK as a teenager and I can tell you, it certainly wasn't run this way. I ran the drive thru bc I was fast and on top of things, had a great manager too, when it was on 2nd St years ago LOL. BK has come a long way, and not in a good way, baby!! This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The manager waited on me, he took my order at the drive thru speaker, I get to the window and he did not even speak, holds his hand out to take my money, which was my debit card. He never spoke to me once, except when I spoke to him, he gave me a short answer. The top of my hamburger bun had grease all over it, grease was all in the wrapper and on the paper bag it was in. He returned my card but no receipt. I had to ask for a receipt. As I pulled off, I realized he was the same person who was there right before Christmas last year when I went through with my grandbaby and a friend of hers. The girl who waited on me that time was rude and handed me a drink I didn't order when I told her I didn't want it she told me I had to take it. When I refused, she threatened me. I got my food and everything was wrong. It wasn't even for me, it was for my grandbaby and her little friend, special order with no ketchup on one hamburger and something different for the other little child but they gave me regular hamburgers. So I asked for the manager but he was as rude as the girl. I told him I just wanted a refund and he said he would refund my money, but didn't need my card, I handed the bag back to him...my checking account never showed a refund. So I won't go back to this burger king as long as this rude, hateful manager is there. I ended up going to McDonald's to get food for the kids. I don't know how this manager keeps his job. I have been back since the incident last Christmas and did have decent service and the food was decent, and I remember going once when the staff was actually pleasant. But all in all this Burger King is sorry. So I have to attribute it to the one manager who evidently has a chip on his shoulder about something, and half does his job, upholding employees who are crazy and threaten to fight because I refused a drink I didn't order. Honestly it made me wonder if she did something to it and got pissed bc I wouldn't take it, bc she was rud...

I use Goo Goo pretty regular in Tifton & Cordele. On this particular day in Tifton after the wash, I circled around to have my car detailed vacuumed by the Goo Goo Crew. This is not offered at the one in Cordele. A team of 5 women tackled my car as I exited. The ladies we're on all four sides, in the front and back of the car and two ladies on the tires cleaning. They work great as a team and definitely deserve a Tip working in these hot & humid conditions. Not to count, they did a professional job vacuuming, cleaning dashboard, seat's, other car area's, cleaning window's and etc. I told them I was embarrassed for them to see the inside of my car because I hadn't been able to vacuum it out in a while. There is a Tip jar there close to the doorway but I gave mine to the girl's as I told them I wanted each of them to have a certain amount. I felt the job they did was well deserving and I wanted them to know how much I appreciated them. I noticed as I was buckling up in my car, one of the ladies took the total tip I'd given them and put it in the tip jar. I'm sure they split the tips at the end of the day but it also showed their dedication to one another. They are an AWESOME GROUP...

I don’t know who was working last night, but this was the worst experience at a Burger King I’ve ever had in my life. The shake machine was broken- which understandable. we got a big order for the family- all online so clear instructions. I understand getting an order or 2 messed up a bit- BUT EVERY SINGLE ORDER/MEAL IS CRAZY! They messed up every single order and forgot many sides. we were not compensated for the shakes though we already paid for them all online. We were not compensated for any mistake. the order was so sad :( I got a chicken sandwich, normal lettuce& tomato. When I got it was nothing in it- or any of the sandwiches/burgers- just bun and meat, I ended up feeling really sick after eating it too. I notice that other people have posted recently about the bad service- I believe this is just a staff issue- PLEASE...
