Thunder Forge Gaming — Local services in Tipp City

Worst TCG store I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. No AC, and the walls are LITERALLY falling apart, and they had no packs lol, what a joke. Honestly I should've left the moment they said I had to Pay $5 just to sit down and play commander, but you get promos for it, little did I know that the locals where so thirsty for said promos they decided to remove to word "casual" from their memory. I decided to give it a try because I was desperate to play....I participated in 3 games, every single game I was eliminated by turn 6. Not sure if the locals just don't like strangers or what, but I did not feel welcomed there at all, I left and refuse to go back. I'm no stranger to Magic, but I play for fun, not to win some...

Other than parking in Downtown Tipp City, I was rather impressed with my visit at the store. It was clean, good looking tables, and the owner greeted me pleasantly. It was my first time there and overall, I had a good time. I had a good conversation with the owner, yeah he is a bit blunt, but very truthful and honest and is not trying to sell anything like some places I have been too. I would defiantly recommend coming back as to build my minis here as he gave me a few ideas for some painting tips and some deck building ideas for Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! Big fan of thunder forge, I don't get to go very often because of work but it's a really friendly, relaxing spot to go to when I have the time and pick up some stuff to paint, staff is always really friendly and the people hanging out in there are normally pretty cool too. I've also bought some booster boxes from here and it's really nice the owner doesn't scalp stuff like some other spots but sells MSRP.
