Dollar General — Local services in Tipton

They overcharged me for the chocolate bars they were supposed to be three for $5 and I got charged a dollar 80 each I haven't gone over the receipt very good to yet but I will and let you know more I do most of my shopping at Dollar General now that they have so much food I was looking for Malt-O-Meal today but you don't have any and never have would you please get some in. I would take my receipt in but they will put it back on EBT card instead of letting me buy more groceries and it takes 7 to 10 days to get the money back on the card most of the things I bought was over a dollar and it's supposed to be called Dollar General there isn't hardly anything there anymore that's a dollar it should be called...

The one sales person I saw was ignoring me unloading boxes while clothes from the rack lay on the floor being stepped on and over. Her response when I said something was aloof @ best and continued w/boxes. I asked a question about a product while standing in front of her and she walked away instead of helping me find the right item to purchase. I left what I was going to buy and got out of there. If she was given a quota to stock shelves, why? You need customer service for those wanting to buy what's already on the shelf...or on the floor. Don't have customers, you...

They sometimes will leave their discounts or other promotions up long after they're over. They have a fair amount of stuff but not exactly enough to work for a visit to stock up. It's more of a place to go for a quick pick up of some essentials. Even with this said the staff is quite kind and will gladly help show you around if you may need it. This place also has a public bathroom, but must be unlocked with a key you can pick up from...
