This place is great. FYI bring cash, cash only. You get what you pay for, which are great cuts. We bought proteins for the week vacation, and ate great every night and had different meats every night. The owners are all business, and they know their business. Gentleman behind the counter wrote cooking instructions on all the cuts, then went over it with me. Like, If I don’t cook these the way he says he might jump out of the bushes to scold me. I know my way around a grill and humored the guy, thinking “I know how to cook”. It became a bit of a joke in fact and I made a pact to cook the meat to his exact specs.
