All Strikes Lanes — Local services in Toledo

Would give this place zero stars if I could. I would like to start out with this; The patrons are great, great atmosphere and it's always a fun time bowling. The service however, is subpar. The people working there do not have the most welcoming service nor are they very informative. When you ask a question, most of the time it is met with an attitude filled answer. Also, I know it's not law for all establishments to give free water, but when you put water-station on one side, you think it's for all patrons but no. It's for league only. No signage, so one would naturally assume it's for all! The unsanitary conditions in the kitchen are not to be overlooked. The cook in front was eating, with the same gloves that were being used to serve the food. Cleaning counters, same gloves to serve food. I support local owned businesses, but this place has gone downhill in the past...

My boyfriend & I have become regulars here, however, this was our first time coming on a Friday. I would not recommend coming on a Friday. I am assuming It was one of the worker's entire family that showed up and they were extremely disrespectful not only to the lanes but to us other bowlers. They were allowed to walk up and down lanes, walk into our lanes, bowl without the proper shoes, take our balls, jam the balls up in the return, sit on the return, and more. Some of the kids even were playing with my purse when I was not looking. Not to mention it was a league night and all of this was still taking place. I was disappointed by one the lack of parenting and two the lack of professionalism on behalf of the bowling alley. Don’t waste your time… This is not a family friendly bowling alley or a professional alley…… to say the least. I’ve been apart of family/friend group who brings nothing but good business to this establishment year in and year out on Thanksgiving. Tonight they did nothing but disrespect those same people who brought them this business around the holidays every year to being with. We all can only hope this place gets bought out by people whole actually care about their loyal customers like the last owners did. Somebody...
