Relax Inn — Hotel in Toledo

2.5 stars for this hotel is way too many stars, this hotel is the worst one in Toledo, the owners are very rude, the short ugly lady tries to get aggressive, loud and rude with you and she will disrespect you're kids and call them names, they harass you any chance they get, and will continuously threaten you, all the guests staying there are addicts, the rooms are nasty, the toilet wasn't clean, no towels no toilet paper no TV no phone no heat, they have roaches so bad they walk around on the sidewalks outside during the daylight , I went there yesterday for the first time and not even 10 minutes after I got there I was stabbed in my hand by a syringe that was hiding behind the knobs on the sink when I confronted the women she claimed the syringe didnt come from her hotel I had to call the police for a refund so I could get my kids outta there!!!! DONT...

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! AFTER PAYING 70$ TO STAY ONE NIGHT IN THERE ROOM WE NOTICED BUGS IN ON THE BLANKET UNDER FURTHER INSPECTION WE FOUND BUGS CRAWLING ON THE MATRESS AND UNDER THE DESK!! WHEN WE NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK CLERK AND THEY SAID OH WELL!! WE ASKED FOR A BAG TO BAG UP OUR CLOTHES AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE BAGS.. MASTY NASTY NASTY I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE STAYS HERE... THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY NORE WILL THEY ADDRESS THE ISSUE THEY JUS SAID "OH WELL" NEEDLESS TO SAY WERE OUT OUR MONEY AND HAD TO WASTE GAS LOOKING FOR A 24 LAUNDRYMAT TO PAY MORE MONEY TO THEN WASH EVERYTHING IN OUR CAR AND THEN MORE TO VACUUM OUR CAR AT 4AM SMGDH... Absolutely filthy, weird crusty stuff on blankets, in 3 weeks never vacuumed or cleaned period, I had to buy my own towel n washcloth, ones from room were very threadbare.

Had cigarette ashes everywhere, had to buy my own toilet paper. Strange people come and pound on your door like the police at all hours trying to buy this or that.

Then no phones, or any amenities. Mirror was chipped n filthy.

Had cockroaches crawl on me while I slept,

Over all not the place for anyone,the health department has been notified and hopefully...
