We were more than displeased by the leather works shop by Crimson Chain Leatherworks at the Ga Renaissance Festival. The employees you have there need to not take advantage of young children. My 13 year old son had saved up his own money for a pair of arm bracers. He found some he liked, but they had no price marked on them, so we asked the employees how much they were. Not one but two employees stated the priced was $75. So they took him to the register where he was told they were gonna now be $85. After explaining that two of the people working there said they were $75, the guy behind the register then asked "are they the manager? no, I am and those are $85". He then proceeded to tell my kid how wonderful the bracers are until my kid said ok. That was just horrible customer service and taking advantage of people and minors. They were super friendly and helpful with showing me how to tie the belt I purchased, and even gave helpful suggestions when I was having a horrible time making a decision (I'm a very indecisive person haha).
