This place is Prejudice ( preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience) I am a Black Woman Rainbow's Employee with Security treated you as if my life, time and money had no value, Not by my own wrong doing but because of the mistakes of others or insecure jealous personal beliefs they projected on me. I was Dimissed and was treated Horrible, the store closed earlier then its scheduled time the Employee and Security closing treated me inhuman it was like I was a animal that didn't deserve basic human respect. Not as a frequent PAYING Customer the Security shouted through the door "We closed" without any eye contact or explaintion of why I stated without a combative tone "But you don't close for a half hour" he with looking at me and the employee stated "Call Corporate" I was Humilated These People in a predominantly Black/Working Class Area Dismissed me with no right but the fact I was a Black and who care about black women when it comes to the standards of any Coporate policy. Rainbow, Employees, and Security don't even care about human decency for the members in the community were this store resides. My hard working money is not worth basic customer service their treatment traumatized me. As I frequent the plaza multiple times a week I have not stepped one foot back in that store 545 Dorr St since. What makes this even more Sad to say this is normal in Black/WORKING Class Communities. I Am a Coordinator and Cosmetologist Every Person I meet (which is hundreds a day) I will tell EVERYONE about my experience.

Great place, super cute clothes and jewelry. The only thing I can say is that they don't have carts or baskets so its hard if to carry all your items if you really want to shop. Their dressing rooms dont have anywhere to sit down either. I went to this store,( Door st. Toledo Ohio location) and they had the door lock 35 minutes before closing time. I knocked on the window, wanting to speak to a a worker, but the security guy just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and turned away, ignoring me!
