Incredible people and incredible service. I've spoken with Maddie (I believe "ie" and not "y," I don't have her info next to me) multiple times over the phone for scheduling and payment and she is really kind.

I had no idea what to expect and have just been overwhelmed by how warm this whole process has been. And honestly, the food is fantastic. Small portions to be expected, and if you want to season the "sides" you will have to do it yourself because they aren't, which is considerate to different dietary needs and I appreciate that. I've always been a picky eater due to my many allergies; a fear of always getting (further lol) disabled for the day by something I'd eaten always stopped me from venturing out of my comfort zone, but some of these recipes sounded so good on paper that I had to try them (vs the "safer" substitute options for the day). I haven't been disappointed at all, and I haven't had any concerning gut reactions to anything either! I was worried about that since there aren't full ingredient lists on the menus. Anything I was concerned about I could of course give to my partner who has otherwise been cooking for me while I recover, I've given him 2 meals due to them being mystery weekend meals that wouldn't agree with me and he loved them!

I almost never leave the house, and like 2022 this is going to be a year I have 2 major surgeries; they've taken fantastic care of me after the first one of '24. I'm so glad I found them online. My partner has to be the one to get the meals from the volunteer who delivers them since I have real difficulty with stairs now, and he has said he is really kind. We've both felt very out of the loop and isolated since moving here, the majority of my interactions outside the house in particular are with medical staff. So this has been very very nice. As a young disabled person, I can imagine this genuinely being life-changing for seniors or anyone of any age further disabled than I am. It sounds dramatic to say but it really isn't. Thank you for being so affordable as well, we are genuinely in the trenches right now financially.
