
I am extremely DISAPPOINTED by Stylus furniture and the quality (or lack thereof) of the furniture itself. We went in looking to purchase furniture and actually ended up purchasing two sets of couches from them. We enjoyed dealing with Toby and felt he was down to earth. First, however, we were not told that we would need to do additional steps to receive the warranty (my husband and I both were under the impression that we had taken care of it through Toby in store since he was literally on the phone with them while we were standing there regarding our purchase) which turned out not to be the case. Toby did state when we experienced issues that he would redo our warranty for us which I was thankful for, HOWEVER, I specifically asked in the store at the time of purchasing if the warranty covered "any damage my pet could possibly do to the furniture" to which I was told yes, it would only to find out that it does not include damaged caused by my pet so the warranty would do us not much good anyway. The seat wore down from us sitting in it causing a small hole in the seat and our pet decided to make it bigger. It was not by any means the entire seat or any such thing though. So I was extremely disappointed with the dishonesty in regards to what the warranty covered especially with how much we had paid for both sets of couches. Next, the quality of the furniture is absolutely garbage. The seat of two of the couches had worn down from sitting on it in LESS THAN SIX MONTHS!!! The padding in the arms of the couches were literally almost nonexistent to where you could feel the wood underneath everytime you rested your arm on them and the padding on the lower back wore down so quickly that you could feel the wooden bar in the base on your butt when seated....we could not even sit on it without a pillow behind our backs!! It got to the point that we literally had to get rid of them because they were causing issues to my already bad back with scoliosis, but yet we still have to pay for them through July! We are literally paying for garbage furniture we no longer have because they were dishonest about the warranty and the quality of furniture! I would NOT recommend Stylus furniture to ANYONE!!!

First of all, get the facts straight because I do not even own a German shepherd nor have I ever owned a German shepherd. And like I said it was a small hole so do not lie in your replies to make yourself look better. Also, I did mention in my above review that you said you would redo the warranty paperwork, but let's also keep in mind that at time of furniture drop off they were supposed to give me that paperwork and did not so I had to call in to get it. They were also supposed to set up the furniture and did not. We were never told that we had to do more with the warranty. Bottom line, your customer service is subpar at best. If you spent more time giving excellent customer service than replying to reviews with lies, you might be half decent. And to say my dog ate bold the cushion is a bold face lie and never came out...
Read moreI purchased a queen bedroom set that was delayed first, then out of stock after I waited two months until I no long had a place for it I tried to dispute it but they don't do refunds but I would call every so often to let them know the situation I was still looking for me and my four children a place to stay and that I would be starting from scratch they would say that was fine and to call them when I was ready that they would hold ot for me...single mom of four who saved up to finally get herself something, who had to be hospitalized, I finally call them to get my kids some beds for our new home... 2 years, a long time coming to find out they have no information on my $1,733.73 order that remind you I constantly called and talk to a man and a woman a few times who assured me that it was okay, never said that anything about a time frame at all so to clear this up I call after reaching out thru messenger a few months prior (march of this year) telling them it's been a long time coming just for when I call and am ready to be told on the phone after the man who answered the phone spoke with the owners that they have no records and once archived you can't go back and look any purchase up....which is weird but the worst part they won't give me MY MONEY BACK or THE FURNITURE I NEVER RECEIVED so hopefully none of you go thru a hardship and think people care they only care for them selves I hope the money was worth it God does...
Read moreI purchased a sofa, love seat, chase, and 65 inch tv with them! They allow you to keep your items in storage for up 90 days, I stated to them I’ll only need storage for MAYBE a month. ALL of my items were at this location within 3 days of me paying IN FULL even when I contacted them to receive them they had all 4 of my items. On the delivery day they movers truck broke down and no one contacted me to tell me that I wasn’t receiving my items that day anymore. It wasn’t until I called the next day to know what happened to the moving truck. Weeks passed before the moving truck got fixed and when they delivered my items they only had my loveseat and sofa! They tried to get me to sign a paper saying I received all my items but I refused !! When I contacted them a couple days ago NOW 3 weeks later from when they first delivered they still don’t have my chase or tv. I was told it’ll now take until August 30th to get those items when I was told initially that they had all 4 of my items. To make a long story short they’re unprofessional and unorganized and they have a no return or exchange policy so I can’t even get my money back!!! I have recording from their employees and movers starting everything that I said in this passage. If the rest of my furniture isn’t here August 30th as stated from a manager (which conversation I recorded too) I’m going to sue for all...
