Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

Terrible service. I called in today and ordered two deep deep dish cheese only pizzas. I told the person that took the order that I only wanted cheese. Was given 15 mins time frame to get order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that one of my pizzas was given away. I reluctantly waited 8 minutes for them to make a new one. After 15 minutes elapsed, I went upto the counter and asked if my pie was ready. The person working theresaid " I don't know what you ordered" I asked if she intended on just letting me sit there. This was after the person that took my order looked at her after he told me it would take 8 mins, as if to confirm she heard it too. Thankfully, after she rung me up, I was suspicious enough to check my pizzas. They were wrong! Covered in pepperoni. I proceeded to tellthe counter person that i didn't want or order pepperoni and she looked at me like I was from Mars and offered no resolution. Eventually the guy who took my order overheard and told me it would be another 15 minutes. At that point I asked for a refund, walked out shaking my head in disbelief. I placed my order at 5:53pm and didn't have it in my hands until 6:41pm. I was told it would be a few minutes when I got there at 6:16pm and then proceeded to be told the same until I received the order. I watched numerous walk ins get their own orders before I got mine. When i finally did get mine ,after they had to remake because the first batch was wrong, they told me they gave me the wrong pizza. When I asked how long that would take since id already been there for 45 minutes the tall white guy with long blonde/brown hair decided to give me an attitude about how he only needs to box it up. When it was ready he just dropped the pizza box on the counter and walked away. The lack of an type of respect in this situation from that gentleman was absurd. Upon looking at the stickers on my box it appears they didnt even begin to make my order after I was already there to pick up my order. This location has been nothing but issues. Do not order from this location and expect your food to be ready at the time quoted. I placed an order at 10:05 pm and was quoted by their system that it would be ready between 10:16 and 10:21. When I had not received an update by 10:28, I went inside to inquire. At 10:33, I was finally acknowledged, having not even seen a worker for those 5 minutes, and told that my order would be ready soon. Soon was 10:53. Based on what movement I could see, it looks like my pizza came right out of the oven before being brought to the counter. So it is likely that my pizza wasn't even put in the oven until I came in to ask for an update - about 30 minutes after my order was placed, and 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. That the system is so off on times is incredibly frustrating and terrible service.
