I brought in my wedding band for repair...2 of the diamonds had fallen out. They gave me a quote to replace and reset all the diamonds...My wife’s wedding band was a little tight and the gentleman waiting on us said he could give it a little stretch. When I came to pick up my ring they had added a charge to stretch my wife’s ring...I explained that no one had said there would be a charge. The woman helping me got extremely rude and asked why I would expect anything “FREE” I said I thought it was because of the amount of money I had spent in the past. Read moreI will let the consumer decide. I took my wedding ring to Broyles to have it polished and re-antiqued. I specifically told the owner and the manager to not over polish it. If you do, the mil-grain on the side will wear off and flatten. The picture on the right is how my ring should look. The picture on the left is after I picked it up from Broyles. They blatantly over polished the ring and took off the mil-grain, you don't even need a loop to see that. They told me it was normal wear and tear and only offered a refund. I shopped for a place to do a repair, found Broyle's. Based on Google reviews, I decided to give them a try. What a great experience. I picked up the ring today and it looks brand spanking new.
