I work in the same shopping strip as this Subway so I frequently visit this location. I have seen this store undergo 3 different management changes in just a few months. I always received excellent service and quality food under Layla’s management. I typically order the tuna bowl, which I have always received with 4 scoops of tuna so I would assume that is the proper spec for a tuna bowl. My most recent visit on 04/19 was less than satisfactory. There is an employee there that to my understanding has been off and on with the company, I believe her name is Juanita. Every time I have ordered a tuna bowl from her I only receive 1 scoop of tuna. When I try to ask for 4 scoops she gets argumentative and tells me the serving for a tuna bowl is 1 scoop and that if I want more I have to pay extra which I don’t believe to be true given how my previous visits when she wasn’t there always came with 4 scoops. Either she needs to be re-trained on proper specs or she shouldn't be working there if shes going to be skimping out on customers toppings and not making orders properly but still charge full price/extra. The vegetables on the makeline also looked mushy and old, definitely not fresh. I was standing in line, my turn came, every time any customer in line asked a question, the guy making my sandwich completely stopped everything and starting answering and talking.
My sandwich was finally finished, but no I didn't get it because a lady who was 4th and last in line asked about salads, so he stopped again and began talking while my sandwich sat on the counter waiting to be wrapped. Read moreSerious problems at this store. Just two people working at 1pm. Three customers at front of five others could not agree on fillings and veggie/cheese choices. After 3-4 minutes of heated debate - they quit and left - walked out. Manager scraped the cheese and picked meat off the 3 x foot longs and put back into their bins. I spoke up and informed - NOT GOOD PRACTICE. Shrug of shoulders. Bread was thrown out. Two other customers hearing/watching this then left.
