I want to start off by saying that the store was very clean and had a good selection. Also, the girl at the counter was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I am however, frustrated because I purchased several things from the store. One of which was a lingerie set top and bottom. For obvious and understandable reasons, I was not able to try on the bottoms at the store but was able to try on the top. I decided to purchase my items and proceeded to run some errands before heading home. Once home I pulled out the pieces and realized that the bottoms had a tear. This was not a very cheap set, nor was it a clearance or sale item. I guess I should have thoroughly checked out the set, but they literally took the bottoms from me from the beginning and then when I made the purchase, she packed it all in a bag. The cashier mentioned a warranty at checkout so I also assumed that if there were any damages it would be taken care of. I called back within an hour or 2 of leaving the store to let her know about the product and asked if I could exchange just the bottoms since they were damaged and she told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to keep their damaged product. I am extremely upset that after spending that amount of money that they would leave me stranded with something damaged. If it had been a clearance item or if I had had it for a long period of time, even over 24 hours, if I had damaged the product, or even just changed my mind I might understand but I reached out immediately and there was no effort to help. Lexie has been there the last two times I’ve been, and let me tell you! She’s been so helpful, and made me so comfortable picking things out, what flavors to try, and so on and so forth. She’s just a great conversationalist and all around an amazing energy! 10/10 recommend this place, I forgot the other lady who was there when I first went in 😭, and I feel awful for not remembering her name, especially because Lexie just said it to me today, I don’t know many with her name so I have to see her and hear it one more time to get it down, but she was also amazing and welcoming, along with Bri! Who was working today! I love the ladies at this location and definitely will become my regular store for all my sexual needs or and questions I don’t feel comfortable asking anywhere else. I normally always have a good experience at any adult store I go to. Whether I’m by myself or with my wife. I went in today by myself just looking at the selection of male focused products and Lexie went above and beyond in helping me make my decision. I told her was looking for and what features I preferred. She was able to narrow down the options significantly and didn’t hold back the cons of each one either.
